June 2025 — The Beginning

The Idea that Changed Everything

It started with a conversation. Sachin, frustrated with the disorganized state of Indian university resources, began mapping out what a complete academic ecosystem would look like. Not a single tool — but an interconnected platform of 38 modules built for every stage of a student's college life. The vision was written down, debated, and refined across hundreds of late-night sessions. This was not an assignment. This was a mission.
June — December 2025

Six Months of Relentless Architecture

The next six months were about turning vision into structure. Sachin drove the entire product architecture — designing every module, defining the user experience, and building the core systems largely alone, with Abhay joining to contribute on the technical side. The 38-module roadmap was finalized by December, with a detailed pitch deck, technical stack, and market analysis ready for investors.
January — March 2026

31 Meetings. 3 Believers. Zero Debt.

Armed with the vision, Sachin pitched to 31 different investor networks across India — cold emails, warm references, and in-person meetings. Most said no. Three said yes — and that was enough.
  • Surat TechAngels (Gujarat): Seed investment for a 4% equity stake — January 2026.
  • NavBihar Incubators (Patna): Strategic grassroot backing for 2% equity — December 2025 pitch.
  • CapitalEdge (Delhi): Mentorship and infrastructure funding for 4% equity — February 2026.

All angel equity includes a buyback clause expiring December 4, 2027 — ensuring full founder control is reclaimed on schedule.

April 2026 — Now

Study Room Goes Live. The Mission Begins.

EduSYN's Study Room — the flagship module — has launched and is live for students across India. This is not the end of Phase 1. This is the beginning. Seven more modules are launching in the coming months, and the full 38-module platform will redefine how every Indian student studies, prepares, and gets placed.
